Meet Rain
Rain’s journey through life has been shaped by a deep sensitivity and attunement to the world—a way of being shared by many children who are highly in tune with their surroundings, yet often face challenges within rigid educational and social systems. From an early age, she felt the weight of trying to fit into these structures, leading her to explore a diverse range of practices—from plant medicines and shamanism to religion and new age spirituality. Each of these explorations took her to the edges of her psyche, landing her in a space that bridges non-dualism with heart-centered inquiry.
Through this path, Rain discovered a profound truth: she had become the person she most needed when she was growing up. The very qualities that once made the world feel overwhelming—her attunement, sensitivity, and depth of feeling—are now the guiding forces of her life’s work. Today, she is dedicated to supporting children in becoming the truest versions of themselves, helping them navigate the world with compassion and understanding.
Rain’s approach to therapy shifts the focus away from mental health as an individual issue and instead examines the familial, societal, cultural, and systemic structures that shape an individual’s experience. Working with children and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, and other differences, Rain emphasizes co-regulation and the creation of new patterns of safety, learning, and development, rather than attempting to “heal” or “fix.”
In her practice, Rain draws from the MIECAT method of therapeutic arts inquiry and is influenced by the works of Dr Stephen Pores, Dr Gabor Mate, Aware Parenting and Internal Family Systems.

When not working, you’ll find Rain sipping chai at a local café or soaking in the peaceful energy of the ocean.
